PharmPath Experience

March 2026 - I had the honor of serving as a keynote speaker at the PharmPath Experience. It is a meaningful program designed to open doors for students who are often underrepresented in pharmacy. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, real-world exposure, and meaningful connections, the program helps young people see themselves in spaces they may not have imagined before.

Februray 2026 - Speaking at the Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix National Conference on Women Leadership and the importance of initiatives like Go Further Women and Women in Leadership for Associates (WILA) within the Shoppers Drug Mart enterprise.

Elevating the Standard of Menopause Care

October 2025- Joined the inaugural Vital Talks National Seminar Series, hosted by the Women’s Health Collective Canada in partnership with the Shoppers Drug Mart Foundation for Women’s Health.

The session explored how the understanding of menopause has evolved and what women need to know today. From recognizing symptoms and navigating care, to learning about evidence-based treatment options and the promising directions of new research, the conversation highlighted both the progress made and the work still ahead.

Reclaiming our Health

October 2025- Had the privilege of speaking on the prevalence of chronic disease in Black communities. Opening vital dialogue, highlighting our collective strengths, and shedding light on both the challenges and opportunities within our healthcare systems. The virtual forum brought together community leaders, healthcare professionals, and passionate advocates to explore the unique health experiences of Black Canadians.

Young Women on the Move – Keynote Speaker

May 2025 – Invited to speak at a special luncheon honoring the achievements of Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute’s outstanding young women as part of the Young Women on the Move (YWM) initiative. Young Women on the Move is a dynamic TDSB initiative that fosters mentorship, leadership, and resilience among young women—encouraging them to find their voice, build community, and own their future.

During my keynote, I shared how I pursued my passions with purpose, overcame academic and professional setbacks, and drew strength from mentorship networks that empowered my growth. I encouraged attendees to embrace their voices, stay engaged, and lead as confident agents of positive change in their communities and beyond.
